Kevin Lucier is a Partner in the tax and business advisory department of GH&I where he serves a broad range of closely-held businesses and affluent individuals. His clients benefit from his more than 15 years of extensive experience in corporate, partnership and individual income tax compliance and planning. He has been involved in numerous business formation, acquisition, sale and consulting projects. He also specializes in international business and international taxation; and he is a member of the firm's technology industry group.
Career Highlights
Mr. Lucier’s passion for working with business owners comes from his experiences growing up with, and working in, a family-owned retail and wholesale business. While attending school, he interned with a local accounting firm in Effingham and Mattoon, Ill. And just prior to joining GH&I in 1989, Mr. Lucier was an associate in the tax department of Stephen M. Berman & Associates, where he gained extensive experience with individuals, businesses, estates and trusts. At GH&I, Mr. Lucier was recognized with a special award for his desire and commitment to the firm’s professional training initiatives.
Affiliations and Education
As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Mr. Lucier is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA). He graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 1985 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. |
