When driving strategic change in your company to growth and profitability, our firm has the approach and facilitation experts.
Developing a strategic vision for your business is critical. And enlisting the skills of an objective third-party that can offer a fresh perspective can take your strategic planning to higher levels of thinking and effectiveness. We offer middle-market companies the team and tools for a strategic planning environment to take place and help the company journey to its growth and profitability goals.
The power rests in a 90-day plan deliverable, a simple and powerful common approach built together through a facilitation retreat. It draws on:
- Utilization of strategic tools and resources to address specific business challenges
- Solution-oriented process that breaks down complex issues into easily understood pieces
- Problem-solving methodology that extracts the knowledge you have about your business and applies it to the change you desire
- Transfer of our knowledge to you so you can learn how to apply the same methodology in any situation
With the help of our certified facilitators, we apply this approach to collaborate with you and begin the journey for driving strategic change across your business. With focus and commitment to implementation, innovative front line solutions are applied and address your business challenges. To begin, we apply unique problem solving tools and specially designed diagnostics to help learn about your business with your management team. The outcome is your own customized 90-day action plan.

What does a 90-day plan look like?
The 90-day plan includes a statement of where your business is now, where you want it to be, and an accountability list of the strategic initiatives identified to get you to goal. These will include action items stratified with assigned tasks, due dates and metrics.
What does retreat facilitation look like?
First, we collaborate with you in the design of the retreat so that you achieve desired outcomes. Then, through our retreat facilitation, we help you address identified issues so that you can move your business forward. Our third-party objective viewpoint also allows us to introduce new ideas and perspectives, challenge old ways of thinking and provide external information that may elevate the planning session. Following the retreat, we can meet with you either monthly or quarterly as needed to help with accountability and to plan other needed themed meetings. Meanwhile, we work with the leaders of the business, guiding them to remain focused on the business while working on their 90 day plans.
