What does a 90-day plan look like?

The 90-day plan includes a statement of where your business is now, where you want it to be, and an accountability list of the strategic initiatives identified to get you to goal. These will include action items stratified with assigned tasks, due dates and metrics.

What does retreat facilitation look like?

First, we collaborate with you in the design of the retreat so that you achieve desired outcomes. Then, through our retreat facilitation, we help you address identified issues so that you can move your business forward. Our third-party objective viewpoint also allows us to introduce new ideas and perspectives, challenge old ways of thinking and provide external information that may elevate the planning session. Following the retreat, we can meet with you either monthly or quarterly as needed to help with accountability and to plan other needed themed meetings. Meanwhile, we work with the leaders of the business, guiding them to remain focused on the business while working on their 90 day plans.
